The beach of Cantarriján is a beach of small dimensions because its only 380 meters long, together with the fact that it is usually a quite frequented beach, makes it difficult to find a place in the busiest times of the year. It is located inside the Natural Park of Maro-Cerro Gordo, approximately 79 km away from the city of Granada.
It should be noted that fishing had to be banned in Cantarriján Beach, with the aim of conservation of local species, as diving is one of the main attractions of the area, including this particular beach, characterized by its crystal clear waters that offer a very good visibility for this practice.
As for its services, we could say that Cantarriján Beach does not have an easy access, although it does have a small parking near the beach or a bus stop. We also have the possibility of access by boat if we wish.
