Following the route to the north of the island but heading east, we will find Ámbar Beach as it is also known. Located very close to the town of Pedro Barba, this beach composed of dune formations of white sand and volcanic rocks, is less frequented by tourists but no less beautiful.
It is a wild place immersed in a privileged natural environment, in which it is very exposed to the wind, so caution is recommended if we want to take a bath as many currents are formed as in other beaches located north of any island of the Canary archipelago. We can not trust the transparent color of its waters that encourage us to give us an endless bath.
We can not say goodbye to this beach, without forgetting this wonderful spectacle that nature gives us known as Los Arcos. Located on the left hand side of the beach and unmarked, we find this rock formation created naturally as a result of the volcanic eruption of Montaña Bermeja, shaped by the wind and the waves that break with great violence in this area. A magical place where we can contemplate the fierceness of the sea and enjoy the best beaches of La Graciosa.
