What to do in Cantamar Beach?
The beach is over 1 km long and has plenty of space between visitors, so everyone can enjoy the sand without feeling crowded or squeezed against each other’s umbrellas or towels.
Cantamar Beach is open daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (9:00 PM during the summer months). A parking fee of 25 pesos (1 USD) is charged at the entrance (parking is free on Sundays). Once inside, there are food vendors as well as restrooms available for use. There is also a lifeguard stand where you can inquire about any safety issues that arise during your visit.
This beautiful spot is ideal for swimming, fishing and other forms of recreation. If you are looking for more than just sunbathing on your next trip to Baja California, Cantamar Beach is the place to be.
