Virgen del Carmen Beach in Zahara de los Atunes: Information, Webcam, Weather and Map

The Virgen del Carmen beach is one of the beaches par excellence, located opposite the neighborhood of Zapal, we have 5 km long to enjoy a fine golden sand, like most beaches of Zahara de los Atunes, and its clear waters that bathe this part of the Mediterranean. Although it is a very busy beach, we can spend the day accompanied by our family, friends, partner and enjoy it with all the services such as beach bar, hammock rental, lifeguard … in addition to these services, has a very varied and wide range to practice all kinds of water sports, especially surfing and windsurfing are the most practiced sports in this area.

It is a beach to which we can easily access and where we can leave our car either in the private parking area that has or near the neighborhood where it is located, the latter option is less advisable in high season given the crowds that are usually on the beach and consequently, the few places we can get near the beach without paying. One of the curiosities and tourist attractions that this beach has, is that in it is the steamship “Gibralfaro”, stranded since the beginning of the last century.
