The seasons are composed of a hot and humid summer from May to November, with averages between 30° C and 33° C; and a cool and dry winter from December to April, with averages between 18° C and 22° C. Average annual rainfall ranges from 750 mm to 1300 mm, with more than half of the rainfall occurring during the summer. There is generally a mild wind with highs in the summer.
